Fill in the application form with your clan details and first admin account. A platform administrator reviews your request, creates your clan and sends you the login URL. There is no automated self-signup — this keeps the platform clean and secure.

Your first month is free. Billing at 10 €/month begins after the trial period, once your clan has been approved and activated. You are not charged while your application is pending.

Yes. ClanZone needs a dedicated in-game utility account in your clan to read chest data automatically. This is not optional for the standard setup — the web dashboard is fed by that bot session.

Important — create a utility account
  • Do not use your main game account.
  • Create a small new account only for chest tracking, or ask us to create one and add it to your clan.
  • The account only needs to be in your clan — it does not need to play or progress.
  • We use it to read clan chest data; we never modify your clan or gameplay.

Two ways to set it up:

  • You provide the account — after approval, enter the bot email, password and in-game player name in Bot Settings (admin only).
  • We provide the account — we can create a level-1 utility account and invite it to your clan; you accept the invite and we configure the rest.

Why a separate utility account?

  • Security: your main account credentials stay private
  • Safety: if anything goes wrong, your main account is unaffected
  • Simple: create a level-1 account, join the clan, done — or let us handle it
  • Read-only: we only collect chest data; nothing else is changed in-game

No. Each clan is fully isolated with its own users, chests, settings and login URL. Members of one clan cannot access another clan's dashboard unless they have a separate account there.

If enabled in Clan Settings, your clan gets a public page at /r/your-slug showing the chest ranking. Anyone with the link can view it without logging in — useful for sharing standings with members on Discord.

Only clan administrators can access Bot Settings — bot account credentials, ready/running/stopped status, and pause requests. Managers handle members and chest points; bot credentials stay admin-only.

You may receive a reason in the admin notes. Fix the issue (e.g. slug already taken, invalid kingdom format) and submit a new application, or contact support through the notes field with your email.
